The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History is one of the largest such museums in the region. It is home to several displays ranging from archeology to ornithology. It houses some of the largest dinosaur skeletons in existence and is very popular with locals and visitors alike.

The closest major airport to Norman is Will Rogers World Airport, located in Oklahoma City approximately 20 miles north of the city. This airport offers flights to other major cities in the US and a few international flights to Canada and Mexico.
